Today, we start working on some kind of new plan or design, and actually trying to figure out the details. We are all working on feeling out something new right now and developing appropriate skills and responses. Both of these things will combine to give us a brighter outlook on tomorrow. Don't forget your responsibilities today, though. Everything must still be tended to on a day-to-day basis. There may be a moment when you get a chance to meditate or simply tap into your quiet center. Take advantage of this, as we could all use some calming moments as of late. When things start to feel overwhelming, stop for a minute, breathe deeply and smile. Life is a wonderful gift.
