Many of us feel like we have been running around in circles for too long without going anywhere. The ruts we have created are becoming more bothersome and obvious. Much of this has to do with sticking to outdated ways of thinking, instead of trying a new path. Methods and philosophies work for a while, but it is wise to allow them to change when it becomes obvious that they don't suit us any longer. There has been a tendency as of late to take on new projects on a whim, sometimes against the advice of others. This is not necessarily a bad thing, and is often exciting. There are negotiations either being prepared for or going on presently. This may be the perfect opportunity to step out of the rut and start moving in a new direction. It is often a little scary to do this, and others may be somewhat skeptical or seem unsupportive, but do what feels right and you will feel better about it in the end.
